Warranty Terms


  1. The warranty period for this product is twelve months from the date of purchase. The purchase date is determined by the invoice date and the dealer registration date on the warranty certificate. To avoid losing the warranty card and being unable to verify the warranty period, it is recommended to register the warranty on our official website www.beangocube.com upon receipt of the product. Warranty periods for repairs handled by local distributors may vary and are subject to the announcements of the respective agents or dealers.

  2. If the product malfunctions and cannot be used under normal usage conditions as outlined in the user manual during the warranty period, please contact your local BeanGo Cube® distributor. If you are unsure of the local contact, you may email us at info@jiyonson.com, and we will assist you in finding the appropriate contact.

  3. When sending the product for repair, please ensure to include the warranty proof recognized by our company. If no other purchase proof is provided and it is within the warranty period, the repair will be processed as out-of-warranty.

  4. Repairs due to natural disasters, human factors, and repairs outside the warranty period will be charged based on repair and parts costs. If the local distributor/agent's repair unit provides a quotation and you choose not to proceed with the repair, an inspection fee will be charged (excluding shipping costs).

  5. The following conditions may incur repair and parts costs regardless of the warranty period:

    A. Damage or malfunctions caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, rodent infestation, pest damage, lightning, etc.).
    B. Issues determined to be caused by improper use not in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual.

    C. Faults or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons.

    D. Damage caused by external factors (e.g., incorrect voltage usage, improper installation, transportation collisions, water ingress, sand or dust entry, corrosion from sulfur gases or fatty acids, etc.).

    E. Inability to provide the warranty card or discrepancies between the warranty card information and the product; or if the warranty card has been altered, is illegible, or otherwise cannot be verified.

    F. Normal wear and tear on the appearance, such as natural stains or scratches, or other conditions not covered under the service warranty.

  6. For product repair and status inquiries, please contact local distributors or agents in your country.

  7. The free services provided under the warranty card do not include gifts or other accessories.

  8. Parts availability is subject to a specific period. If parts are no longer available, similar parts may be used as substitutes. We appreciate your understanding if no suitable substitutes are available.

  9. Warranty service does not include transportation costs and does not provide on-site service.

  10. For repairs or replacements made during the warranty period, the warranty period will continue to be based on the original purchase date.
